Uncle Jakies Work Boots

Lil' Blu is ONE already!!! Wow this year went fast...Kind'a sad.
So on face book I mentioned that Ryder would be wearing something special.  We recently moved to Sask, and all my props etc, are still in High River, which makes pictures a major improvisation:)
  So what is so special about big ol' work boots and a dirty tire?
On June 23, we lost a very special brother/ Uncle very tragically.
Jake Lewis Thue.  He was amazing.  My kids are lucky to have 5 great Uncles, 2 awesome grandpas etc, but there was something so so special about Jake.
Among many of his Amazing qualities I hope my boys will be Lucky enough to have was Jakes love for his work.
These are Uncle Jakies work boots... and I really hope that Ryder and Ty will fill them some day... in more ways than one.  Jake left us such great memories and such a legacy, and we know he will live on in his 7 little nephews he left behind.

Our newest nephew...Remi Flyn

Remi Flyn...I'm finally getting these up on the blog... we are living with "dial-up" internet at the moment, so blog posts are few and far between:)
Anyways,  My newest nephew, born May 27th.  Littlest brother of 4... and such a sweet little man.  I was very glad to get in some snuggles for a few weeks last month, before he got too big!

sweet Mr. Kyed, 6 months already! Nephew number 4!
