We went out to Pincher Creek again tonight, for a round 2 of this wonderful family.  The weather cooperated, if not a wee bit bright and windy, but at least not rainy!  The mountains were gorgeous out there, and the fall colors were amazing, especially on the drive out.  Thank you for the fun night with you all Berwin and Sandra.  The kids and I really enjoyed our time with your special little family! Hope you like 'em...

Ty and Halle

My Little troopers.   I just got a new flash and wanted to try it out.  Sunday we tend to sit all day, so in the evening we decided to take advantage of the good weather and do a mini fall session.  Plus, the leaves are gorgeous right now, so who wouldn't want to take advantage!  HOWEVER, just before we left, Halle had a melt-down. (and I'm finding, as a parent, you choose your battles, lol) so hence the purple sneekers and hat she insisted on wearing,  AND the lack of emotion on her face.  I love the first pic, as it captures their personalities perfectly!  Sorry about some of the pics being over-exposed, but, like I said, I am practicing, and I'm so proud of these 2 little creations of ours,  I couldn't help but share them anyways!

The lights of my life

Just Posting a couple new photos of 2 of the 3 most wonderful people of my life!  They are so patient with me as I constantly have a camera in their face to play with my settings, or lighting.  Little troopers.  At our house we do a little ritual called "Friday-Fun-Night." Meaning they get to choose what we do, what we eat, and bed-time isn't near as early as a week-night.  Sometimes it's swimming or painting etc. (Their little minds are extremely creative I must say, because some things they come up with are definently interesting) But its something they live for during the week.   Anyways, I was getting off point with my Friday Fun night.  I'm going to try and post something fun every friday now too... So, we'll see if my imagination is as creative as these 2 little people!  Well, I'm off to get a pizza, and i guess it's tent-making in the living room for tonight! Have a GREAT weekend.  I know I will!

Peace River Trip

Ahhh, feels like I haven't posted anything for awhile, but really its only been 2 weeks! My kids and I went up north for a cousins wedding this past weekend.  We all had so much fun getting aquainted with family up there.  Here are just a few from the wedding day.  Little girls with curls, babies with their grannies, and just other candid shots from the wedding.  They are all so adorable, and such precious little moments.  Tatie-bug was so sweet in her tutu, it was hard to focus on the bride and groom! Lol!  You will notice I don't have any of the actual wedding, but these from the day are my favorites.   Thanks Trina and Chad for your hospitality this weekend.  We all had a blast!

Kitly Bauer Thue (kit-lee 2ee)

Yeeeeeeaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!!! He's here! Kitly Bauer Thue, Born September 7, really early in the morning,  he is PERFECT, and his beautiful mama is doing awesome!  Just a quick session this afternoon, and I wanted to post a few for all his papa's and grannies that are unable to be here to see him!

It's amazing how you can love your neices and nephews as much as you love your own, but I do! I'm as proud of him as if he was mine! Congrats Reece and Corina and big brothers Blayze and Jhett.  You are soooooooo lucky!

 I went to Pincher Creek tonight, and as I got there it started pouring rain, so we did a half shoot.  I met this family earlier this summer, when they hosted a wedding of one of our mutual friends.  VERY nice people, and as you can see their kids are "very nice" infront of a camera!  They have a beautiful place and some really rad places for neat photo back-drops, so we didn't have to go farther than out the back door and onto the front step for a few quick ones.    Here are a few of my favorites, BEFORE they started looking like drowned rats!!! lol.  Enjoy!

Roscoe and Ness

This is my beautiful cousin and her adorable little family I was able to capture tonight down by Blackie, AB.  They just finished renovating an acerage, so there was plenty of neat spots to try out! Little Briannie-boo has so much personality, we had to snap fast, or else we'd a missed her.  She is stink'n cute, and such a fun stage right now.  Baby Rorke was a doll too.  Even though it was feeding time, he was soooo cooperative!  Here is just a sneek peek, and hope you like 'em!
